The OK state board of education has approved a new, 3.4 million dollar contract with vendor Measured Progress to perform winter student assessments. The board had terminated a contract with CTB-McGraw Hill in June after computer glitches disrupted testing the previous 2 school years. A proposal to hire McGraw Hill for winter testing drew fire last month, and the company ultimately withdrew its bid
